International Customs and Imports
As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may be subject to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required unless otherwise stated. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.
DFYNE has no control over customs and import tax, and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
USA
There will be no import duties for you to pay on orders to the US - Any import duties and tariffs will be paid by DFYNE on your behalf.
Canada
The threshold for bringing goods into Canada from the UK is $20CAD - Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees.
European Union
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Under updated EU regulations, the €150 duty-free threshold has now been removed, and all parcels under €150 are now subject to a €3 flat customs duty charge per item.
Parcels over €150 are still subject to standard import duty.
Australia
The threshold for bringing goods into Australia from the UK is $1,000AUD - Any orders with a value above this amount will be charged import fees.
All other regions
For all other regions, you may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority, and you will be responsible for the payment of any fees should there be any.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to DFYNE, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
